Dr. Bendick founded Kirkwood Animal Hospital in 1971 and remained owner until his passing in October of 2018. He poured his heart and soul into this practice, staying active in its management until the very end. He was our leader, mentor, colleague and friend. His presence around the clinic is dearly missed. It was his desire that we, the doctors and staff, continue to serve you, our clients and our community. The practice is now owned and managed by his four children Matt, Brian, Katy, and Elizabeth (Lizzy).
